The TokenCap Ecosystem

Three Entities. One Framework.

The TokenCap ecosystem comprises three structurally independent entities — each performing a distinct function, each governed under the 2678 Holdings oversight framework, and each operating with defined accountability to the system as a whole.

TCA
TokenCap Advisors

TokenCap Advisors LLC ("TCA") is the advisory, structuring, and capital formation arm of the TokenCap ecosystem. TCA provides institutional-grade guidance to participants navigating the complexity of digital asset markets, compliance infrastructure, and governance design. As the entity through which the 2678 Framework is applied to client and partner engagements, TCA operates at the intersection of regulatory expertise, market knowledge, and strategic execution. Risk management — including compliance architecture, regulatory monitoring, and operational risk assessment — is a foundational function embedded within TCA, not a separate entity.

TCN
TokenCap Network

TokenCap Network LLC ("TCN") is the ecosystem connectivity and institutional relationship layer of the TokenCap platform. TCN facilitates structured access to the TokenCap ecosystem for qualified participants — including institutional investors, strategic partners, and accredited individuals — operating within the governance and compliance framework established by 2678 Holdings. TCN does not operate as a marketplace or exchange. It functions as a managed access layer, ensuring that all participants are appropriately onboarded, credentialed, and operating within defined system parameters.

TCM
TokenCap Miner

TokenCap Miner LLC ("TCM") is the identity, validation, and recordation layer of the TokenCap ecosystem, responsible for issuing and managing the TokenCap Token ("TCT") as a permissioned, non-transferable, identity-linked credential. TCM performs rigorous onboarding and verification (including KYC/AML-aligned processes) to bind each token to a specific participant and project context, ensuring that access and activity within the system are attributable and controlled. It also validates the outcomes of defined workflows, capturing and recording results in a manner that is auditable, tamper-resistant, and consistent with the system's rules-based architecture. In this model, TCM does not facilitate trading or speculation; it establishes trust by ensuring that identity, participation, and execution are verifiable at every stage.
